Decorate a Plain Frame

I am STILL working on my daughter's room.  What is wrong with this picture?  By the time I finish it she'll be a teenager and want a completely different look.

We purchased some plain brown frames to add some of her personal photos.  I like the brown in her room but they looked too grown up for a little girl.  Ribbon to the rescue.

With some simple coordinating ribbon and a stapler I made the boring frames perfect for a little girl's room.

I'm determined to finish this room by the end of the month.  Must stay focussed, must stay focussed.

  8. I love that, Carol! They are so much more interesting now, and I like that the ribbon all hits the same height - you have a great eye for styling. (and no room is ever REALLLY finished, is it? finished is an awfully strong word! Think I might have to do a post on that, lol!)

  12. This is what I like so much about your blog. You are always coming up with such great ideas! I know exactly how you feel about finishing a project. When no one gives you a deadline, you can procrastinate to eternity. I can, at least.
